Job Description
A Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, training, and HR operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.
Employee Relations
A) Act as a bridge between management and employees. B). Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters. C) Promote positive workplace culture and engagement. D) Organize employee welfare activities and events. E) Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition reasons.
Performance Management
A) Support performance appraisal processes. B) Coordinate KPI and goal-setting activities. C) Maintain employee performance records. D) Assist managers in employee development planning. E) Track appraisal timelines and documentation.
Performance Management
A)Identify employee training requirements. B) Coordinate internal and external training programs. C) Maintain training records and feedback reports. D) Support skill development and career growth initiatives.
