Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Handle inbound customer queries professionally
  • Explain products/services and answer questions
  • Generate leads and follow up on prospects
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary
  • Required Skills:Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
  • Persuasive and convincing ability
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Patience and a positive attitude
  • Qualifications: Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (Graduation is a plus)
  • Experience: experienced candidates can apply
