Job Title: Office Assistant
Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Maintain records, files, and databases accurately.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other office documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining MIS reports.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Support accounts and HR activities when required.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
- RequirementsEducation: 10th or Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
