Job Description

Job Title: Office Assistant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases accurately.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other office documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining MIS reports.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Support accounts and HR activities when required.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
  • RequirementsEducation: 10th or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
