Job Description
BDE / SENIOR FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE (Team Handling)

Location: Chennai (Field travel required)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Fixed + Variable)
Experience: 2–4 years in field sales, with team handling experience
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a small field sales team
• Generate business from MSME clients for loan advisory services
• Manage client relationships from first meeting to proposal submission
• Coordinate with internal execution team to ensure smooth client experience
• Drive team targets and report sales performance to management
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in field sales with demonstrated team handling ability
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or B2B sales is preferred
• Ability to manage a team while personally contributing to sales targets
• No specific banking/finance knowledge required — sales acumen is the priority
