Job Description

This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly at the site. This position bridges the gap between management and the ground workforce. The primary responsibility is to oversee site workers, allocate tasks efficiently, monitor productivity, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and deliver projects on time.


1. Workforce & Manpower Management

  • Attendance & Scheduling: Manage daily shift schedules, log attendance, and handle leave requests or sudden absenteeism to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Task Delegation: Allocate daily tasks and responsibilities to skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled laborers based on project requirements.
  • Conflict Resolution: Maintain a harmonious working environment by addressing worker grievances, disputes, or performance issues promptly.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with manpower contractors or agencies to source additional labor when scaling up operations.


Leadership: Strong command skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and direct a diverse workforce.


Communication: Clear verbal communication skills (fluency in local languages spoken by the workforce is highly advantageous)

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve conflicts or operational bottlenecks quickly.


Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with Excel, WhatsApp, or basic attendance-tracking apps for daily reporting.
