Relationship Manager - MF Collections

• Acquire and maintain merchant overdraft clients from open market/connector for the bank as per assigned targets.
• Ensure that the client is equipped with the needed information and tools to enable them route their business transactions via the bank.
• Ensure that proper knowledge on the legal and technical aspects of the property is understood by the candidate to ensure proper and correct documentation.
• Ensure maintenance and continuance of relationship with acquired standalone Merchant Overdraft clients. 
• Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance
• Use credit knowledge for deal structuring
• Closely work with credit, legal, technical, operations and collections team for smother customer on boarding and risk management.
• Renewal management of compliant accounts and closure management of non-compliant accounts.
