R&D unit in KTI is responsible for developing digital services at KONE. It’s the development engine for our Digital Services such as KONE 24/7 Connected Services, Office Flow and Partnership Ecosystem. Our common goal at KONE is to keep the end users safe and people flow uninterrupted. KONE moves 2 billion people every day and that means our services can really make cities better places to live.

Key Expectations

• Responsible for the design and development of the electrical component

• Drive the development and Co-ordinate product development, testing, prototype, and pilot phase.

• Produce detailed design specifications, drawings, and CAD models for components, assemblies, and products.

• Handle change management/product maintenance by analyzing the existing products, components, and systems to identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising on quality & safety.

• Innovate and enhance product designs, focusing on improving performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

Specific skills req for the role, if any

• Should possess good knowledge with hands-on experience  on Auto cad, E-Plan, SAP , Release Process and  CR process
