Senior Tele Caller

📌 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project information

Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team

Follow up regularly with prospects to maintain engagement

Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and status

Coordinate with sales managers for closures

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & conversion targets

Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally

💼 Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in real estate

Strong communication and convincing skills

Knowledge of property sales, plots, villas, and apartments

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage

Fluency in English & Tamil (mandatory)
