Job Description

-5 years of Testing Experience? Good Communication, articulation skills and assertiveness? Ability to manage multiple stakeholders? Certification in Automation tools (preferred)? Experience in BFSI/Telecom domain/as per requirement will be an added advantage? Should be able to drive processes and adherence? Knowledge of Agile methodology? Ability to manage a small team? Knowledge of reporting wherever needed___________________________________________________________________________KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:1. Plays a critical/lead role in coordination with Application team for creating test design framework as per RTM2. Creates/updates Test Data for Automation Test cases3. Performs SIT & UAT Test Execution and oversees the test execution of the Junior TE’s4. Selects the applicable Regression Tests and Test cases suitable for automation considering automation selection criteria5. Reports defects & follows up with Developers / BA / IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA6. Provides Test Results walkthrough to stakeholders for Sign off.7. Creates, maintains Test Assets and Repository8. Assists Team lead in driving testing best practices through regular knowledge sharing sessions9. Documentation for Project Including Test Planning, Execution, Defect Reporting10. Ensures regular communication with test lead on any issue that may impact quality, schedule, or budget of the project.11. Manages timesheets of team/self and ensures accuracy of leave management, thus assisting TL in RMG related dataCoaches the teams and steps up whenever TL needs any knowledge, technology, process driven initiatives e.g., creation of SOP’s and managing the adherence.13. Acts as module lead if project demands and becomes a part of solutions14. Ensures the productivity measurement and enhancement of the team members, acting as a support to the Team Lead
