Qualification: B.E / M.E (Civil or relevant engineering field)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction site activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with project teams, monitoring site progress, handling billing work, and ensuring that the project is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.

Study and implement construction drawings and project specifications.

Prepare and manage project billing and quantity calculations.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth project execution.

Assist in tender preparation and tender submission process.

Support in proposal preparation and project estimation.

Track project progress and ensure completion within timeline and budget.

Maintain site reports, documentation, and work records.

Ensure safety standards and quality control at the construction site.

Communicate project updates to management and clients.

Required Skills:

Site supervision and construction management

Billing and quantity estimation

Tender preparation and tender follow-up

Project management and coordination

Proposal engineering

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to work in field/site environment

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
