Role & responsibilities
*Maintain and oversee the general ledger
*Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
*Manage GST filings, ITC reconciliation, and compliance
*Handle TDS deduction, payment, and return filing
*Generate MIS reports for management decision-making
*Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
Preferred candidate profile
*Minimum 5 - 8 years of accounting experience, with mandatory experience in construction industry
*Strong knowledge of project-wise accounting, costing, and budgeting
*Experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, and cost control
*Familiarity with audit processes and compliance documentation
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
*Good communication and team handling abilities
