Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Operate tape-edge machine for mattress border stitching
  • Ensure proper stitching, tape alignment, and finishing quality
  • Inspect mattresses for defects and perform minor repairs
  • Handle mattress loading and movement safely
  • Maintain production targets and quality standards
  • Perform basic machine cleaning and thread replacement
  • Follow safety rules and production procedures


Skills Required:


  • Basic sewing machine or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle heavy mattresses
  • Basic troubleshooting and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and factory environments
