Job Description
🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment/products. The ideal candidate should be technically strong and customer-focused.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Install and configure equipment at customer locations
Perform regular maintenance and servicing
Diagnose technical issues and provide quick solutions
Handle repair work and replacement of faulty parts
Provide product training and support to customers
Maintain service reports and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
🧠 Requirements
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related field
Basic technical troubleshooting skills
Willingness to travel for field service
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
🌟 Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in servicing AC, appliances, or electronic devices
Knowledge of tools and testing equipment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / reporting)
