Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Retail Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle billing operations, assist customers during checkout, and ensure accurate transaction processing while maintaining excellent customer service.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate customer bills using POS/billing software.
  • Process cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods accurately.
  • Verify product details, prices, discounts, and offers before billing.
  • Maintain billing records and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Assist customers with billing-related queries.
  • Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams.
  • Ensure the billing counter is clean and organized.
