Job Description

  • Counsel students and working professionals on courses, career paths, and program benefits
  • Make 70–100 effective calls daily to prospective leads with a productive and structured approach
  • Deliver high-quality course pitching aligned with student needs and career goals
  • Convert leads into admissions and close at least one sale daily
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries, including calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
  • Maintain and update lead data regularly in CRM systems
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions
  • Prepare and manage the academic calendar for enrolled students
  • Coordinate with trainers for session scheduling and smooth onboarding
  • Ensure after-sales support, including student engagement, query resolution, and retention
  • Build long-term relationships with students for referrals and repeat enrollments
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
