Job Description

Counsellor / Telesales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:

  • Call and counsel prospective candidates/leads regarding courses and programs
  • Understand candidate needs and recommend suitable offerings
  • Follow up regularly with leads for conversion and fee collection
  • Maintain CRM/MIS and update lead status accurately
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with academic/operations team for onboarding and support

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Experience in telesales / counselling / admissions preferred
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / reporting
