Job Description: Admission Counsellor
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify relevant references from student-data and reach out to prospective students via telephone
- Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling over phone
- Advise students for their needs through counselling sessions and conduct follow-ups
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent communications skills (English & Hindi and any other regional language preferred)
- Interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience into telephonic counselling or telesales (06 – 12 months)
- BPO/contact centre background & sales experience preferred
Job Type:
- Full time/Permanent
- 6 Days Working (Monday-Saturday)
- Day Shift (9:30 AM-6:30 PM)
- On-Site (NSP.PITAMPURA, Delhi)
Salary: As per industry standards (Fixed Salary/Target based Incentives/bonuses)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: From ₹12000-18,000.00 per month PLUS Incentives
