Job Description: Admission Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant references from student-data and reach out to prospective students via telephone
  • Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling over phone
  • Advise students for their needs through counselling sessions and conduct follow-ups

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent communications skills (English & Hindi and any other regional language preferred)
  • Interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience into telephonic counselling or telesales (06 – 12 months)
  • BPO/contact centre background & sales experience preferred

Job Type:

  • Full time/Permanent
  • 6 Days Working (Monday-Saturday)
  • Day Shift (9:30 AM-6:30 PM)
  • On-Site (NSP.PITAMPURA, Delhi)

Salary: As per industry standards (Fixed Salary/Target based Incentives/bonuses)
