Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
- Update and maintain accounting databases and filing systems
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Handle petty cash and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding financial matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
