Job Description

  • Handle walk-in, phone, email, and online enquiries and provide timely, accurate information about programmes, eligibility, fees, and career pathways.
  • Drive the application process end-to-end: document verification, application processing, offer-letter issuance, and fee-payment follow-ups.
  • Plan and participate in open houses, campus tours, education fairs and workshops.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM / admissions database, including lead status, communication history, and conversion data.
