Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Client acquisition: Identify and approach new customers in the Delhi-NCR market.
- Relationship management: Maintain strong relations with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Target achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market research: Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/12th pass (Sales experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales (FMCG/retail preferred).
- Location flexibility: Willingness to work in Delhi-NCR field area.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
