Why This Role Matters:

You are the architect of our persuasion. From the first ad a customer sees to the "Order Confirmed" email they receive, your words define their journey. You don’t just "write content"; you write intent. You understand the nuance between a high-conversion ad hook and a high-value Pinterest caption.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Direct Response Ad Copy: Crafting high-converting hooks and body copy for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Retention Flow: Writing end-to-end email and WhatsApp flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase) that actually get opened and clicked.
• Channel-Specific Content: Optimizing copy for Pinterest descriptions, YouTube shorts scripts, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
• PR & Outreach: Crafting sharp, non-spammy PR pitches to get our brands featured in the right publications.
• A/B Testing: Iterating on headlines and CTAs based on performance data. If a version B wins, you find out why and double down.

Who You Are:

• E-commerce Experience: Must have 1-2 years of direct experience with D2C/E-commerce brands.
• Channel-Fluid: You know that a WhatsApp broadcast should feel like a text from a friend, while a PR pitch must feel like a professional news tip.
• Conversion-Focused: You write to sell, not just to sound "clever." You understand basic consumer psychology and sales triggers.
• AI-Augmented: You are a pro at using LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude) to brainstorm hooks and 10x your output without losing the brand "soul."
• Meticulous: Typos in your world are "leaking revenue." You have a sharp eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
• Immediate: You are ready to join a fast-paced, remote team immediately.
