Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow online sales of our laser-cut MDF mandirs, home décor items, corporate gifts, and customized products on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online platforms.

The candidate will handle product listings, order management, customer communication, and online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Marketplace Account Management

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

Create and maintain product listings

Update prices, stock, and product information

2️⃣ Product Listing Optimization

Upload product images, descriptions, and keywords

Optimize titles and descriptions for search visibility

Improve product ranking and conversion

3️⃣ Order & Inventory Management

Monitor daily orders

Coordinate packaging and shipping

Manage inventory updates

4️⃣ Customer Support

Respond to customer queries

Handle returns, refunds, and reviews

Maintain good seller ratings

5️⃣ Online Marketing

Run Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads

Monitor campaign performance

Suggest new products and sales strategies

6️⃣ Sales Growth

Identify trending products

Suggest new designs for MDF mandir and décor

Increase monthly sales and visibility

Required Skills

Experience with Amazon Seller Central

Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub

Knowledge of product listing and SEO keywords

Basic knowledge of online advertising

Good communication skills

Basic Excel knowledge

Preferred Skills

Experience selling home décor products

Knowledge of product photography and listing optimization

Understanding of e-commerce analytics

Experience with Meesho / Shopify

Education

Graduate in Commerce / Business / Marketing / IT preferred.

Salary Range (Typical Market)

₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month depending on experience
