Our mission is to provide natural and effective solutions for health problems like kidney stones, gallbladder stones, and other lifestyle diseases.
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketer who can generate high-quality leads and scale advertising campaigns profitably.
Job RoleThe Social Media Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram to generate leads and increase sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and run Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for Ayurvedic products
- Create and test high-converting ad creatives (videos, images, and ad copies)
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign data such as CTR, CPL, and conversion rates
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality
- Research competitor ads and market trends
- Required SkillsStrong experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Knowledge of lead generation campaigns
- Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion funnels
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data
- Creative thinking for ad hooks and marketing angles
- ExperienceMinimum 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Experience in D2C, Healthcare, or Ayurvedic products will be preferred
