Quality Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our construction team on the contractor side. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working with Godrej Properties Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of advanced composite materials and applications consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals.

• Conduct and oversee inspections, testing, and evaluation of materials and products to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Review and approve QA/QC documentation and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

• Conduct regular site audits and inspections to monitor compliance with project quality plans and procedures.

• Train and mentor QA/QC staff and project teams on quality assurance processes and standards.

• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure that materials meet quality requirements before being used in construction projects

• Closing all client NC's as per client requirements
