Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Mohan Industrial Area, New Delhi
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers who can connect with potential clients and convince them to visit our office for exclusive events. The role involves outbound calling, explaining event benefits, and generating confirmed visits.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
- Explain event details and create interest among clients
- Convince and schedule clients for office visits
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested prospects
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and visit targets
- Update call status and client feedback in the system
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Hindi & English
- Experience in telecalling/sales preferred (freshers can also apply)
