Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services (e.g., IPTV subscriptions, OTT plans) clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer information in CRM.
- Handle objections effectively and follow up with interested leads.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and team to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style at all times.
