Job Opening: Telecaller & Admission Counsellor
📍 Location: RPIIT Delhi Office, Moti Nagar
RPIIT is looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for the role of Telecaller & Admission Counsellor. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, guiding them about courses and admissions, handling enquiries, and converting leads into admissions. Strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with prospective students
- Explain courses, admission process, and scholarship opportunities
- Handle student queries professionally
- Maintain lead records and daily follow-ups
- Assist students throughout the admission process
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
