Job Description

*Key Responsibilities*  

- Track and coordinate multiple court cases related to land/title issues; follow up with external lawyers and update status regularly.  

- Handle all government filings, approvals, NOCs, and compliances with KDMC, MMRDA, RERA, Town Planning, Collector office, Environment department, etc.  

- Manage land clearance tasks: title verification, encumbrance certificates, mutation entries, 7/12 extracts, NA orders, etc.  

- Coordinate with architects for revised plans, drawings, and submissions.  

- Manage licensing, registrations, and complete documentation work.  

- Prepare paperwork for potential handover or joint development with other builders.  

- Maintain proper records and provide weekly progress reports directly to the Directors.  

- Handle all day-to-day administrative and file management work.



*Requirements*  

- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in real estate back-office, legal coordination, or compliance department.  

- Good working knowledge of Maharashtra real estate regulations (RERA, DCR, building proposals, etc.).  

- Experience dealing with court follow-ups, municipal corporations, and government departments is essential.  

- Strong documentation, follow-up, and coordination skills.  

- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking multiple cases).  

- Patient, proactive, and persistent nature – government and court processes require steady follow-up.  

- LLB degree is an advantage but *not mandatory* – practical experience matters more.
