Job Description
Industry: Manufacturing – High Tensile Fasteners
Location: New Delhi / NCR
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month (based on proficiency and experience)
Experience Required: 2–5 years in an accounts role, preferably in manufacturing or trading
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Clerk to manage day-to-day bookkeeping at our fastener manufacturing unit. The role works closely with our senior management to ensure our accounts are clean, current, and compliant at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely data entry in Tally Prime — purchase entries, sales invoices, debit/credit notes
- Daily bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- TDS deduction recording and maintenance of relevant registers
- GST data compilation and preparation of monthly summaries for the CA
- Filing and maintaining physical and digital records in an organised manner
What We Are Looking For
- Tally Prime proficiency is non-negotiable — candidates without hands-on Tally experience will not be considered
- Working understanding of GST (basic return structure) and TDS applicability
- B.Com or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading firm is preferred
- Organised, accurate, and comfortable handling routine tasks with consistency
