Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Account-Based Marketing StrategyDevelop and implement ABM strategies for high-value enterprise accounts
- Identify target accounts and key stakeholders within each organization
- Create personalized marketing campaigns aligned with client needs and business goals
- 2. Campaign Planning & ExecutionPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Paid Ads, Content Marketing)
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align messaging
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation to execution
- 3. Content PersonalizationCreate tailored content such as case studies, presentations, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Customize messaging for different decision-makers (CXOs, Managers, etc.)
- 4. Data Analysis & OptimizationTrack campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM tools, marketing automation platforms)
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI
- Generate reports and present insights to stakeholders
- 5. Client & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with enterprise clients to understand their business objectives
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and clients
- 6. Tools & Technology ManagementUse tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, etc.
- Manage CRM data and marketing automation workflows
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or ABM
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proficiency in paid media, email marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Preferred Skills:Experience working with enterprise clients
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing
- Ability to create data-driven strategies
