Job Description

Visit Retail Grocery stores, chains, super marts for placement of herbal products and new launches and achieve monthly targets.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some remote work. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT AN INDOOR JOB BUT A SALES OUTDOOR JOB WHERE CANDIDATE NEEDS TO CREATE HIS/HER OWN NETWORK OF STORES/HYPERMARTS/SUPERMARTS AND ENSURE BRAND GETS VISIBILITY ON RACKS AND ATTAIN WEEKLY AND MONTHLY SALES TARGETS. The Field Sales Executive will focus on building relationships with customers and retailers, identifying business opportunities, and driving product sales. Responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, creating new dealers/distributor network, conducting product demonstrations, understanding client needs, managing sales pipelines, achieving sales targets, and providing feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance offerings. The ideal candidate will embody the brand’s values while promoting its products and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in prospecting, pitching, and closing sales deals
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and customers
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client needs
  • Organizational and time-management skills for managing pipelines, targets, and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing on-field and remote work efficiently
  • Knowledge of wellness and lifestyle products, with a passion for promoting natural and sustainable living
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools, such as CRM systems and MS Office
  • Previous field sales experience in FMCG, wellness, lifestyle, or related industries is a plus
  • Posession of 2-wheeler mandatory with valid driving licence
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
