Field Sales Manager

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer network
• Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory
• Ensure regular market visits and customer engagement
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Drive product promotion and brand visibility in the market
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely delivery
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution

• Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 3–8 years of experience in tyres / automobile / spare parts / lubricants sales
• Strong knowledge of local market and dealer network
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
