Field Sales Executive
Powernet Communications Private Limited Official Telecom Infrastructure Provider for BSNL (Delhi Business Area)
OverviewPowernet Communications is looking for high-energy, result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our Delhi operations. As an authorized partner of BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited), we are on a mission to expand the footprint of India’s premier government PSU telecom services. If you have the "gift of gab," a professional personality, and the drive to conquer the Delhi market, we want you on our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary goal is to be the face of BSNL services in the field, converting leads into loyal subscribers.
- Direct Sales: Pitch and sell BSNL’s range of services, including FTTH (Fiber to the Home), High-Speed Broadband, Leased Lines, and Landline connections.
- Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door marketing, canopy activities, and cold calling within assigned Delhi territories.
- Corporate & SME Outreach: Approach small businesses and corporate offices for Leased Line and enterprise solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Guide customers through the documentation process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Market Intelligence: Keep an eye on competitor activities (Airtel, Jio, etc.) and provide feedback to the management team.
Candidate ProfileWe aren't just looking for employees; we are looking for brand ambassadors.
- Energy & Motivation: A "never-say-die" attitude with a hunger for achieving monthly targets.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi; functional knowledge of English is a plus. You should be able to explain technical plans in simple terms.
- Personality: Professional appearance and a confident demeanor.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Delhi’s geography and residential/commercial hubs.
- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field visits.
- Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Graduate or 10+2 with relevant experience.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Field Sales (Experience in Telecom, ISP, Insurance, or FMCG is highly preferred). Freshers with exceptional confidence are welcome.
- Technical Savvy: Basic understanding of internet technologies (Fiber, LAN, Bandwidth).
