Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing setup. The role involves close coordination with production teams, contractors, and management to ensure efficient workforce management, statutory compliance, and HR process excellence.
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Handle full-cycle recruitment for shop-floor workers, and staff
• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and local hiring channels
• Conduct screening, interviews, and trade tests
• Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and documentation
• Conduct induction and factory safety orientation
2. HR Operations
• Maintain employee records and HRMS database
• Manage attendance, leave, shifts, and rosters
• Monitor OT, weekly offs, and compliance with labor laws
• Prepare payroll inputs (attendance, incentives, deductions)
• Handle exit processes and full & final settlements
• Implement HR policies and SOPs
3. HRMS & System Management
• Configure HRMS for attendance, payroll, shifts, and wage structures
• Align systems with new labour and wage codes
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and enhancements
4. Statutory & Labour Compliance
• Ensure compliance with:
o Factories Act
o PF, ESI, LWF
o Gratuity & Bonus
o Minimum Wages
• Maintain statutory registers and filings
• Handle audits, inspections, and government liaison
5. Employee Relations & Industrial HR
• Address employee grievances and HR queries
• Maintain shop-floor discipline and support disciplinary actions
• Drive engagement activities and communication
6. Performance & Training
• Support appraisal cycles and documentation
• Coordinate employee training programs
• Maintain training records
7. MIS & Reporting
• Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports
• Track manpower, attendance, attrition, OT, and hiring metrics
• Provide insights for management decision-making
Preferred Candidate Profile
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing / factory HR
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, shifts & OT
• Hands-on experience in HRMS, payroll coordination, and Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle industrial relations and workforce management
