1. Profile related Financial Reporting and Audit

• Transforming the financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet and Daybook) from Indian GAAP to IND AS on Monthly basis. Calculating ROU, Lease liability, accounting of Dep, Processing fees on lending and borrowing.
• Preparing the FS in IND AS in detail which includes schedules, Depreciation accounting and notes of accounts etc.. on annual basis (i.e. as on balance sheet date) and submit to Statutory Auditor for finalising financial statement.
• Maintaining and updating the accounting policy of IBU
• Ensue the proper accounting is passed for Derivative transactions
• Liaising with FR Department and preparing and sharing the data as requested by FR as and when required by FR team
• Liaising with the Concurrent Auditor, Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor and completing the Audit related works in timely manner including IFC testing for IBU.
• Preparing Report on Profitability (ROP) and ALR on monthly basis for IFSCA and Quarterly basis for RBI

1. Credit related works

• Assisting the Credit Desk/CIB/CB RMs in preparing CAM and provide the views and ensuring that all loan underwriting complies with the specific regulations set by the IFSCA.
• Liasoning with external legal counsel for drafting of loan documents and getting the same vetted by internal legal team
• Assisting in preparing the draft documentations for execution, Co-ordinating with RMs for execution of documents
• Ensuring compliance of Pre & Post disbursal conditions, maintaining credit hygiene of portfolio

👉Qualification:Qualified Chartered Accountant 

👉Experience:2-4 year relevant work experience in Corporates/BFSI/Banks/ reputed Audit / Consulting firms
