Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our Accounting & Billing Software to businesses, retailers, wholesalers, and service providers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in the field, demonstrating the software, and closing sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit potential customers and explain the features and benefits of the Accounting & Billing Software.
• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, and local market networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable software solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for renewals and referrals.
• Coordinate with the support and technical team for client onboarding and issue resolution.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting and billing processes.
• Ability to convince and build customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• QualificationMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in software sales, ERP sales, or field sales will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
