 IVF Counsellor – GZB

We are seeking an empathetic and target‑oriented IVF Counsellor to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about guiding patients through their fertility journey while ensuring smooth conversions from enquiries to treatment plans.

  • Key Responsibilities Counsel patients on IVF and fertility treatments with compassion and clarity
  • Handle walk‑in, telephonic, and online leads effectively
  • Explain treatment packages, procedures, and pricing details
  • Follow up with patients to ensure engagement and close conversions
  • Coordinate seamlessly with doctors and the clinical team
  • RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction
  • Prior experience in counselling or healthcare preferred
