Social Media Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Executive to manage EazyCredit's social media presence end-to-end — from content creation and scheduling to lead generation and performance campaign support. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable briefing a designer, writing scroll-stopping captions, running paid campaigns on Meta, and routing qualified leads to the right internal teams.

What you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day handles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Plan content calendars; get images, carousels, and reels designed, scheduled, and published consistently via Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
• Generate leads through organic posts, Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp click-to-chat, influencers, and referral campaigns — and assign them to the right sales executive via CRM.
• Support performance marketing with hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience and knowledge of the Meta Business Partners ecosystem to scale results.
• Leverage Connects (LinkedIn, agency, ad-tech) for partnerships, beta features, and better rates.
• Track CPL, CTR, engagement, and lead quality; share weekly insights.

You should have:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Lead Ads, and Business Suite.
• Awareness of Meta Partners and how to use them for performance gains.
• Copywriting in English/Hindi, basic Canva/CapCut skills, and CRM familiarity.
• Fintech/NBFC experience preferred.
