Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services to customers, maintain relationships, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.

Generate leads and forward them to the sales team.

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

Follow up on leads, queries, and pending responses.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English).

Confident, polite, and good at handling conversations.

Ability to explain information clearly and handle objections.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus).

Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
