Job Description
The Collection Cum Telecaller will be responsible for following up with customers regarding pending payments and ensuring timely debt recovery. The role involves making outbound calls, reminding customers about overdue invoices, resolving payment-related queries, and maintaining updated records of all communication. The candidate will coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accurate payment tracking and support in reducing outstanding dues. They will also handle customer objections politely, provide payment options, and escalate cases as needed for further action. The telecaller must ensure professional communication and uphold the company’s policies while dealing with customers.
