Job Description
We are looking for a smart and hardworking Telecaller Cum Computer Operator to handle customer calling, data entry, and basic computer-related tasks. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through calls, maintaining client records, handling follow-ups, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper followups with customers
- Prepare Estimates & Bill
- Stock Update
- Order Booking
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet usage.
- Good communication and calling skills.
- Good data management skills.
