JOB DESCRIPTION

A Back Office Executive typically handles administrative, operational, and technical tasks that support a company's internal functions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Gathering, compiling, and organizing data, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy. 
  • Managing both physical and digital records, including files, documents, and reports. 
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Performing various administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to back-office operations.
  • Ensuring all activities adhere to company policies and relevant regulations. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, data entry, and potentially other relevant software and tools. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
