Job Description

Courier Sales & Operations Executive. Courier Sales & Business Development. Candidate should have worked in a Courier Company and handling operations and new client addition. Location - Noida Extension.

  • Generate new clients for courier and logistics services
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business
  • Coordinate with corporate clients for bulk shipments
  • Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delays/issues
  • Coordinate with delivery staff, hubs, and transport vendors
  • Maintain daily operational reports and records
  • Customer Service - Handle customer complaints and queries professionally
  • Provide shipment status and delivery updates
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Team CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse, delivery, and booking teams
  • Ensure staff follows SOPs and company policies
  • Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily sales and operations MIS reports
  • Maintain billing, invoices, and client records
  • Monitor cash collection and pending payments
