Job Description:

We are looking for a target-driven Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries (calls, walk-ins, digital leads)

• Counsel students on courses and career opportunities

• Convert leads into admissions through regular follow-ups

• Schedule and conduct counselling sessions

• Maintain follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

• Coordinate seminars/workshops with colleges

• Update lead data in CRM systems

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

• 3+ years of experience in academic counselling / education sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good sales and negotiation abilities

• Target-oriented with proven performance

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
