Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee backend activities
Handle professional email communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Coordinate work among team members and ensure timely task completion
Maintain records, reports, and documentation using MS Office tools
Support management with data preparation, follow-ups, and reporting
Ensure smooth communication flow between departments
Guide and mentor junior team members as a team leader
Required Skills:
Good command of English (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
