About The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially astute, performance-driven Business Development Executive to join our growth team.

This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for a strategic closer — someone who understands consultative selling, high-ticket advisory conversations, and revenue ownership.


You will engage with qualified prospects, build trust-led relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term business value while contributing to organizational growth initiatives.


What You Will Own

✔ End-to-end sales life-cycle management — from qualified engagement to deal closure

✔ High-value consultative discussions with clients exploring European immigration pathways

✔ Revenue target achievement with strong pipeline governance

✔ Conversion optimization through structured follow-ups and objection handling

✔ Strategic coordination with legal and documentation teams post-closure

✔ Contribution to market expansion and business growth strategy


Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in professionals who demonstrate:

 

l 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Advisory Sales / Immigration / Real - Estate Sales/ Financial Services / Education Consulting / High-Ticket Sales

l Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets

l Strong commercial judgment and solution-based selling skills

l Executive-level communication and negotiation capability

l High accountability with an ownership mindset

l CRM proficiency and structured pipeline management

l Ability to build credibility with aspirational, globally mobile clients
