Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

📍 Location: Innov8 Orchid Center, Near IILM Institute, Next to Sector 54, Sector 53, Gurugram, Haryana

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Attractive Incentives

  • Job Responsibilities Visit SMEs and acquire new business.
  • Generate leads through field visits and cold calling.
  • Meet daily client meeting targets.
  • Present Apna's hiring solutions to business owners.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain client relationships and update CRM.
  • Requirements6 months–3 years of Field Sales/B2B Sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bike & valid driving license preferred.
  • Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.
  • Graduation preferred.
