Debt Consolidation Specialist

About the RoleWe are looking for a Debt Consolidation Specialist with a strong banking background to manage and process client cases involving debt restructuring and consolidation.

This role requires hands-on experience working with banks, lenders, or NBFCs, and the ability to navigate internal banking processes efficiently. The ideal candidate understands how credit decisions are made and can accelerate communication with financial institutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end debt consolidation cases for clients
• Communicate directly with banks, lenders, and NBFCs to process applications
• Analyze client financial profiles (loans, liabilities, credit reports)
• Identify suitable consolidation or restructuring options
• Follow up with banks to reduce response time and push applications forward
• Coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with lender requirements
• Track application status and maintain clear internal reporting
• Resolve issues or delays in the approval process
• Requirements2–5+ years of experience in banking, lending, or financial services
• Prior experience with loans, credit analysis, or debt restructuring
• Strong understanding of debt consolidation / debt settlement processes
• Experience working with banks or NBFCs in India
• Ability to communicate effectively with financial institutions
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (additional Indian languages are a plus)
• Preferred BackgroundExperience working in retail banking, loan processing, or credit departments
• Existing network or familiarity with bank processes is a strong advantage
• Experience in fintech, lending platforms, or credit advisory services
