Salary Structure & Career Progression

CTC: 2.0 LPA 4.5 LPA + Performance Incentives

• Starting Salary: 2.0 LPA
• After Successful Completion of 3 Months: 3.0 LPA*
• After Successful Completion of 11 Months: Up to 4.5 LPA*

*Salary revisions are performance-based and depend on recruitment quality, productivity, attendance, target achievement, professionalism, and overall contribution to the organization. Outstanding performers may receive faster career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities (Step-by-Step)

• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• Screen resumes provided by the company.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on eligibility.
• Contact candidates via phone, WhatsApp, email, or virtual meetings.
• Explain the job role, salary, company policies, and work expectations.
• Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with the hiring team.
• Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment MIS.
• Recommend suitable candidates for final selection.
• Coordinate offer approval and release offer letters.
• Follow up with selected candidates until offer acceptance and joining.
• Collect and verify all required employment documents.
• Complete pre-joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate joining dates and ensure a smooth joining process.
• Conduct induction/orientation and provide basic training on company policies, recruitment process, HR systems, and reporting guidelines.
• Hand over new employees to the respective department after successful onboarding.
• Provide post-joining support during the initial onboarding period.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Submit daily recruitment reports and maintain recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to fulfil manpower requirements.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
