Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months International Voice Process

Salary: As per company standards

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets
  • Follow company guidelines and process compliance
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required
